Around 30% of people are unsure or unwilling to use biometrics for online authentication

More than 69% of users are open to the idea of using biometric authentication for identity management. Only 12% said no to biometrics, while 19% are unsure.

88% of the people willing to accept biometric identification methods are in favour of this technology because it is convenient and does not require them to remember passwords.

85% chose fingerprints and 84% chose vioce recognition as preferred methods of biometric identification for convenience and speed.
