Account hacked when head of Technion Computer Advisory Centre used the same password over a 4-year period

A hacker turned computer security consultant demonstrated his technical prowess to a journalist by breaking into an account belonging to the female head of the Technion Computer Advisory Centre. He claimed, and the woman confirmed, that her password was the same at the time of this demonstration as it was 4-year earlier, when the hacker had initially broken into her account.

The details were published in Israeli newspaper Ha'aretz on October 17, 1991.
